This is the online home of movies by Mike Hanley, an undergraduate Film student at Syracuse University.  Until the final site is complete, this page will serve as a simple portal to Quicktime movies of my work so far (mostly from High School).

You know, someday I hope to have a serious amount of content going here. No, really serious. I'm talking major stuff here. It'll be, in the words of some, shweeeeeeet! Unfortunatly, much of the really cool stuff will have to wait until I can start making movies here at Syracuse. Real films. As in, shot on film! That won't be until next year, and they'd better turn out well because film is extremely expensive!

Too Much to Read - The Eyes, They Hurt!

In case you haven't noticed, I'm just trying to fill up space to make the template look good. There is just one problem with this approach -- it takes a lot of body text. I mean, the final site will have relevant copy that will probably drone on like my blog. (Ha! Snuck a link in here!) It will also have images and the like, but right now I'm just trying to get the basic, bare-bones design elements down and pretty-looking. Hence the nonsense.

OMG Hax!

It has recently been brought to my attention (by myself) that this new site I'm putting together at the moment is not only approaching being standards-complaint (gasp!), but also already looks better than previous designs, just from a rather boring typeface point-of-view.

I blame CSS! ;)
